I'm deeply committed to guiding individuals toward remarkable achievement and enduring success. This passion led me to establish my coaching and keynote speaking services, drawing upon a rich background as an educator and leader spanning three decades.

My leadership roles have been fueled by research-backed strategies, particularly empowering women, to help them realize their aspirations. With over a decade of coaching experience, I blend personal insights, business acumen, and proven research to empower clients, fostering individual excellence and inspiring them to share these strategies.

Starting as a teaching assistant, I became a teacher after earning a B.S. at the University of Houston. I hold a master's degree in education and a Ph.D. in educational administration from Prairie View A&M. I've taught in elementary, secondary, and higher education, coached several athletic sports, and served in other varied leadership roles. As a campus principal, I earned recognition as First Year Principal of the Year and was promoted to a central office administrator position to support and coach school leaders. As CEO of Consult Dr. Michelle, LLC and an Adjunct Professor at Lamar University, I offer a wealth of expertise. Additionally, I engage through workshops and have trained thousands throughout my career. I am also adept at public speaking and philanthropic endeavors.

My joy stems from my spiritual beliefs, a loving husband, a beautiful daughter, and two cherished senior pups. a lineage of stellar educators, and a commitment to being a life-long learner.
